Most of the companies we recruit for are based in Illinois, with opportunities available for qualified CDL drivers looking for strong OTR work.
Are these OTR jobs?
Yes. The available opportunities are primarily OTR positions for drivers who are ready for over-the-road work.
Are the positions 1099 or W2?
The positions we are currently recruiting for are 1099 opportunities.
What is the pay?
Pay can be structured as CPM or as a percentage of gross, depending on the freight type and position. You can review the current offer ranges on this page, and a recruiter can explain the best fit for your situation.
How often can I get home?
Home time depends on where the driver is located and the lane fit. In most cases, drivers should plan on a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks on the road.
What type of trucks are available?
Most available trucks are Freightliner, with other options such as Kenworth, Volvo, International, Peterbilt, and Mack depending on availability.
Do you accept SAP drivers?
Yes. SAP drivers can be considered. The recruiter will review your situation and explain what is needed for the next step.
What trailers are available?
Available trailer types include Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Conestoga, and Step Deck.
When can I start?
Start time depends on drug test results. Results usually take 1 to 2 days, and the recruiter can guide you through the timing once your details are reviewed.
